As I have previously declared, I am setting my own contribution limits for this campaign at 50% of the State's allowable maximums.  Therefore, individuals, corporations, associations and partnerships may contribute up to $2,000 (rather than $4,000) to Citizens Helping Elect Cheryl Kagan (C.H.E.C.K.) during the January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2010 election cycle, and may contribute up to $10,000 in the aggregate to all candidates for State and Local office during the same period.  Maryland PACs may contribute up to $3,000 (rather than $6,000) during the same 4-year election cycle, and there is no aggregate limit. Political contributions are not tax-deductible.
