Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
The Information We Collect
We do not require visitors to supply personally identifiable
information when accessing public areas of the site. When you browse
the website, you do so anonymously, unless you have submitted an online
registration form and selected a password. We do log your IP address
(the Internet address of your computer) to give us an idea of which
part of our website you visit and how long you spend there. But we do
not link your IP address to any personal information unless you have
logged into our website through registration and a password.
We do collect personally identifiable information when you register,
access certain restricted site areas, place an order, request other
information, or otherwise communicate with us about our offerings.
Additionally, we may collect personally identifiable information when
you register to volunteer, ask to be included in an email or
other mailing list, submit an entry for a sweepstakes or other
promotion, or you submit your personal information to us for any other
reason. From time to time, we receive personal information from third parties. We only use such information if it has
been collected in accordance with acceptable industry privacy practices
consistent with this policy and applicable laws.
How we use the Information
We collect this information for a variety of reasons, including our
effort to ensure that you have access to information which is
likely to be of interest to you. However, we do not sell or rent
personally identifiable information to other organizations.
Security
We take measures to protect the security of your personal information
and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honored. We
protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or
disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Unfortunately, we cannot, and
do not, guarantee that data transmission over the Internet is secure,
or that a malicious third party will not be successful at
misappropriating your personal information from our servers. As a
result, you provide us with your personal information at your own risk.
We strive to utilize a secure environment for credit card transactions.
Once a transaction has cleared your credit card information is not
stored by us.
We do not guarantee that your communications and other personally
identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not described
in this Privacy Policy, or in ways that you would not have chosen to
disclose it. This includes, but is not limited to, required
disclosures to the government, in response to court orders, by unlawful
interception. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information
about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in
our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection
with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement or
other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability.
Therefore, although we will endeavor to protect your privacy as
described in this Privacy Policy, we do not promise, and you should not
expect, that your personally identifiable information or private
communications will remain private.
Your account with us is password protected so that only you can access
it and view the information relevant to the account. We recommend that
you do not divulge your password to anyone. We will never ask you for
your password in an unsolicited phone call or e-mail. Ultimately, you
are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and any
account information.
If, by using a link from our site, you access the website or services

their services will be governed by the privacy policy of the third
party.
